The luxurious and sophisticated style characteristic of Dubai’s architecture fills the offices of Unique Properties, a real estate agency that has entrusted AB with the renovation of its facilities.

The Aniksa series has been chosen to decorate the floor of this impressive project. A play of visual textures that are displayed on extraordinary onyx marble, reflecting the colors of the surroundings in a sophisticated, eye-catching, and original way.

Through the tile design, and taking advantage of the building’s curved lines and panoramic windows with sea views, the architect achieves a very interesting visual effect that makes the space feel spacious and roomy.
